We experimented with dress codes of swimwear and street clothes. When does a garment become swimwear and when do you wear it (also) on the street? We created different “intersection models” and examined the spectrum between these two areas. This gives rise to the question of one’s own often unquestioned (clothing) habits in the respective social spaces. What are the norms and taboos around our bodies and clothing? Which norms have I adopted in my clothing style and why?
